Finca La Aurora, located in the Matagalpa region, is a third-generation family-run coffee farm. Their Java coffee, grown under shade, comes from plants that are only three years old. It is processed using a washed method, highlighting its clarity and vibrancy. This coffee develops, among other things, aromas of honeydew melon, pear, and a delicate hint of chamomile. To fully appreciate its flavors, the producer recommends preparing it with a French press, allowing a short resting time before tasting. The result is incredible.
