The Elevar Cooperative, founded in 2021, aims to bring hope to communities in Honduras by supporting small coffee producers in achieving excellence and sustainability. Managed by growers from Olancho with support from the NGO Partners Worldwide, Elevar held its first assembly in 2022. That year, 16 producers exported nearly 20,000 pounds of coffee to the United States and Canada. In 2023, Elevar grew to 33 members, exporting 35,000 pounds.

Producers contribute 15% of their sales to Elevar and benefit from agricultural technical training, improved coffee processing methods, financial skills, and access to markets, education, and fertilizers. Elevar aims to make Olancho a reference for quality coffee and to support the development of local communities.
